The moment he arrived I just wanted to paint what I believe so deeply, that Jesus holds every one of these sweet, innocent little ones close. And that He holds the parents close too, as they care for them. I wanted to show His joy in that. The way He looks at a baby and just delights in them. Every baby is heaven sent.
