Being different can mean being treated differently by others. This can often make us feel lonely or worthless at times. But remember that you have been called out of darkness and obscurity into his marvelous light--to shine for him among the throng of conformity. The reason stars look to shine brightly is because they are surrounded by darkness--to shine is to be different from that which surrounds you.
