WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for all purchasesPickups are available Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. An email confirmation will be send once the order is ready for pickup. Please note that many of our items are made to order and may take up to two weeks to be complete.

Free Shipping

We offer free Standard shipping shipping on Orders over $100 excluding oversized items for Customers shipping to the continental United States.

Expedited Shipping Fees

We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer international shipping to the following countries:
  • Canada
Free Standard shipping shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

FedEx orders cannot ship to PO Boxes

Not all shipping methods will be available for all items

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
