In the valley of Armageddon, Joshua said choose ye this day whom ye will serve. It reminds me that we all wage battles in life. Every soul that comes to this earth must cross the valleys and battlefields of life and adversity, but we do not have to face those battles alone; we must not rely on the fortresses of our own building. Isaiah reminds us to get thee up into the high mountain and commune with God. As we stand in holy places and put our trust in the Lord, He will give us the strength, direction, and determination we need to stand firm.
