The Montpelier Idaho Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is a sacred house of the Lord currently rising in the scenic Bear Lake Valley, serving Latter-day Saints across southeast Idaho and nearby Utah and Wyoming. Announced by President Russell M. Nelson in April 2022 and with its groundbreaking held on June 17, 2023, this temple is set to become the eighth temple in Idaho and a place of spiritual refuge for members of the Church.
