Payson Temple by Anne Bradham
About this Image:
When I drove up to the Payson temple, it took my breath away. I thought it was the most beautiful temple I had ever seen. The color, design, and spirit were so calming and captivating to me. I sat on the curb right across the street, in front of a house, just staring in awe. I felt such peace and beauty. I looked at the house behind me and wished it was mine. I could not think of a better sight to see every morning than the Payson temple. If I could see that sight every day, I would always be happy. It truly touched me.
About the Artist:
ANNE J. BRADHAM grew up in the Washington DC area with exposure to art at an early age. While a student at BYU, she traveled extensively throughout Europe on a semester abroad program with artist James C. Christensen. Her work can be found in both public and private collections such as the late Senator Robert F Bennett, Franklin-Covey Co., Museum of History and Art, and the Utah Museum of Art. Though she currently resides in Georgia with her family, Anne traveled to each of the temples she has painted. Anne hopes her temple paintings will convey the spirit she felt while on the temple grounds and help all to remember the love God has for them and the covenants they have made.
