Ordering

How can I track my order?

We make most products to order in 3 to 5 business days. You should automatically get an email with the tracking number when your order is shipped. If you haven't received a tracking number yet, your order is likely still in production. If it has been more than 5 business days, feel free to contact us with your order number.

I need to change or cancel my order. Can I do that?

We move quickly to get your art into production, but we’re happy to help if we can! As long as your order has not yet entered production or been shipped, we can update or cancel it. Please contact us immediately with your order number for any changes.

I didn't get a confirmation email. Did my order go through?

Check your spam or "Promotions" folders first, as confirmation emails sometimes end up there. If you still don’t see it, please reach out to us with your full name and the email address used at checkout, and we will confirm your order status.

I forgot to add the discount code to my order. Can you add that for me?

Please send us your order number and the discount code you meant to use. If the order is eligible, we’ll either apply the discount or issue a refund for the difference.

Shipping

How long does it take to get my order?

We make most products to order within 3-5 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and the carrier, but you can expect most packages to arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

Do you offer upgraded shipping?

We do! If you’re on a deadline, email us before placing your order. We can confirm turnaround time and suggest the best shipping method for your needs.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary by item and location, but you'll see the total cost at checkout. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping within the continental United States (with very few exceptions for oversized products).

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the U.S. only, but some of our products may be available through third-party sellers who offer international shipping. If you are in Canada we would recommend reaching out to Cardston Books, and if you are in Europe we would recommend contacting LDS Book UK.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Yes! You can include a gift message with your order.

Just enter your message in the “Order Notes” box at checkout. Your message will be printed on the packing slip as a customer memo included inside the package.

This order is a gift; can you make sure there is no pricing attached?

Our packing slips do not include pricing. However, please note that the product tag on the back of our frames does display the price. If this is a concern, please contact us before ordering to discuss options.

My tracking number hasn't been updated in a long time, can you help?

Tracking updates can sometimes pause while a package is in transit, especially over weekends or holidays. If your tracking status hasn’t changed for more than 4 business days, we recommend contacting the carrier directly (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) for the most up-to-date information. They will have the most direct access to the package's current location within their network.

If the carrier is unable to provide an update or confirms the package is lost, please reach out to us with your order number and we will help arrange a solution.

My tracking shows delivered, but I didn't get it. What now?

We’re sorry to hear that! Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive, so it may still show up within the next day or two. In the meantime, please check around your property and with neighbors or anyone else who might have received it on your behalf.

If it still hasn’t arrived after 2 business days, contact us with your order number. We’ll help track it down or arrange a replacement if needed.

Product Information & Recommendations

Do all your prints come framed?

Most of our prints are available both unframed or framed. If you don’t see an option that matches what you are looking for, please reach out. We make most things to order, so many of our products can be customized to meet your needs.

What is a giclée?

A giclée (pronounced “zhee-clay”) is a high-quality fine art print made using archival inks and professional-grade printers. Giclée prints capture incredible detail and color, making them a popular choice for reproducing original artwork. Ours are printed on premium paper or canvas to ensure an archival, museum-quality finish.

What is the difference between a gallery wrap and a traditional stretched canvas?

Gallery wraps have the artwork image wrapped around the edges of the canvas, creating a seamless look with no visible staples, and can be hung without a frame.

Traditional stretched canvases have white or solid-colored sides, often with visible staples on the back or side, and they generally need to be framed before hanging.

Can you help me find a specific image?

We have many beautiful images of Jesus, so if you could provide more details—like the artist’s name, style, or any specific features—that would really help us find the exact piece you’re looking for. Without more information, it’s tough to narrow it down, but we’re happy to assist once we have a bit more to go on!

Custom Orders

Can I add text on a print?

In most cases, yes. This requires approval from the artist and a $20 design fee. Please contact us with your request to get the process started.

Can I get a different size than what's listed?

In most cases, yes, we can offer different sizes, but it depends on the artist’s preferences. If the requested size requires cropping or altering the image, we always get the artist’s approval first. Please let us know what image and size you are interested in, and we’ll check what’s possible!

Can you change or alter the image?

Not normally. We sell the artists’ work as is, with the coloring and cropping already approved by them for everything on our website.

If you want to crop or make other changes, we need the artist’s permission first. Occasionally, design fees apply for custom alterations.

Feel free to contact us if you have a special request, and we’ll check with the artist for you.

Is there a way to get a commissioned piece?

Commissioned pieces are arranged directly between you and the artist.

We showcase and sell the artists’ work but don’t manage or request custom commissions ourselves. If you’d like, we can pass your request along to the artist along with your contact information.

Returns and Refunds

What's your return policy?

We take most items back within 30 days. Click here to view our full return policy.

My art arrived damaged -- what should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please send us photos of the damage, along with your order number, and we’ll arrange a replacement right away.

Do I pay for return shipping or do you?

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged. In those cases, please contact us and we’ll arrange for a return shipping label or replacement at no cost to you.

I ordered the wrong thing -- can I exchange it?

We understand mistakes happen! If you ordered the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to change it before it goes out.

If it’s already shipped, you can return the item following our return policy and place a new order.

Just reach out with your order details and we’ll help you through the process.

I got a gift that I don't want-- can I return it?

Yes, gifts can be returned within 30 days of purchase. To return a gift, please contact us with the order number or gift receipt if available. Returns will be processed as store credit or a refund to the original purchaser, depending on the situation.

I'm having trouble checking out. Can you help me place an order?

Definitely! We’re happy to help via email or phone. Let us know what you’re trying to order and your shipping address, and we’ll get it going for you.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! You can find digital gift cards on our site, and they’re delivered instantly via email — perfect for last-minute gifts.

I never received the discount code in my email, can you help me?

We'd be happy to look into why you never received that discount code. What email address did you expect it to go to?

Invoicing, Tax, & Receipts

Can I get a copy of my receipt?

Absolutely! What is your order number or your first and last name. We can send you an email with your paid invoice.

I'm tax-exempt-- how do I place an order?

In order to take tax off of an order we need a completed TC-721 form. Please email us a completed form and the details of what you would like to order and we would be happy to get that order started for you.

Are your artists LDS?

Many of the artists we work with are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, but not all. What unites their work is.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we offer bulk discounts that vary based on order size and the specific product being ordered. Please send us details about what you are looking to order and what quantity you are interested in, and we’ll provide a customized quote.

I'm an artist --how can I sell my work through Altus Fine Art?

We’re excited that you want to share your art with Altus Fine Art!

To get started, please fill out our Artist Submission Form with samples of your artwork and your artist bio. Before submitting, we encourage you to review the artwork currently featured on our site to ensure your work meets our quality and style standards.

Our team carefully reviews all submissions and will reach out if your art is a good fit for our collection. Thank you for considering Altus Fine Art as a partner in sharing your creative vision!

Do you sell digital downloads?

We do not sell digital downloads because the artists retain full copyright to their images.

We cannot distribute digital files without prior written consent from the artist. If you’re interested in a particular piece, please fill out this licensing request form, and we will pass your request on to the artist.

Can I use this image in my lesson/slideshow/publication?

Do you have a store that I can come and buy at?

Kind of! We have a small showroom where you’re always welcome to come in, see examples, and get help placing custom orders. Most items are made to order, so if you want a specific image or product, it’s best to order ahead or contact us to check availability.

How do I get in touch with one of your artists?

We do not share artists’ direct contact information, but we’re happy to forward your message to them.

Please email us your message along with the artist’s name at orders@altusfineart.com, and we’ll pass it along for you.

If the artist is available and interested in responding, they will get back to you.
