Healing Hands by Adam Abram

Inspiration:

Now when the sun was setting, all they that had any sick with divers diseases brought them unto him; and he laid his hands on every one of them, and healed them. - Luke 4:40

Throughout Christ's ministry he healed and blessed the lives of many people. This painting reflects three stages of being healed. First, the old man, who once couldn’t walk now stands healed. Second, the sick woman and her children, Christ is healing them in the present moment. And Third, the leper, who will soon be healed. The men walking along the road are some of Christ’s apostles who Christ is teaching by example.
