He visits the people on the American Continent and offers many prayers in His time there with the Nephites and their families. ...But He doesn’t just pray over the people there with Him. Jesus prays for us. I think that reminder is a message that is needed in each of our homes today.

About the Artist:

About Altus Fine Art:

As individuals, we are all drawn, as Paul said, to seek after that which is pure, lovely, of good report, or praiseworthy. For the last 20 years, we at Altus Fine Art have been blessed to work with many artists who have bravely dedicated their talents to create artwork that lifts our hearts and souls and inspires us to live Christ-centered lives.

I believe our Savior understands us perfectly. While I am big into conversational expressions, sometimes I find that my words just come up short. I imagine as I go to my Savior and try my best to convey my feelings...both the ones of great happiness and those I have of sorrow and pain...He understands more than I am able to say. I drew this picture as a visual expression of how I think He responds when we approach Him. Whether it be in prayer or at the end of this life, I think Christ welcomes us in with a hug. The kind of hug that doesn’t need words; the kind of hug that feels like home.
