Help Thou In My Unbelief

Inspiration:

I read this amazing story in the scriptures at a time when my child and I were in need of a miracle. In my prayers many times I cried out much like this father, Help us! And I thought that I had the faith that ALL THINGS are possible to him that BELIEVETH. and still the healing and miracle didn’t come. It isn’t until I humbly submitted my will to God’s will and ask for His grace to help my unbelief. The miracle came- but not in the way I was pleading for. I usually shy away from depicting the Savior in my paintings, it always seemed so ominous and intimidating. I had felt His embrace and wanted to paint my testimony of His Love and how mindful He is of each one of us.
