Inspiration:

For we walk by faith, not by sight. - 2 Corinthians 5: 7

At a time in my life I felt uncertain of my future I heard a song with the lyrics I walk by Faith instantly a visual of this painting came to mind. Faith is a hope in that which is not seen, which are true. I imagine sometimes this is how it feels to walk by Faith. To be blindfolded while our lives journey takes a path less traveled in the dark. I wanted the model to display courage and strength yet vulnerable and feminine. She knows she is a daughter of God- and trusts in Him to guide her along the path.
